Dr. Wang received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry where she earned membership into the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Fraternity. She specializes in Low Vision Rehabilitation, working with patients who suffer from eye diseases such as macular degeneration and glaucoma and fits them into low vision aids which enable them to read and see more clearly. She is also dedicated to providing the best vision care for the infant and pediatric population as young as 3 months old in order to optimize their school performance. She has an extensive background in refractive surgery co-management (LASIK) and in the treatment of eye diseases such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy and hypertensive retinopathy. Her clinical training includes Blind Children’s Learning Center, Lawton Indian Hospital, Center for the Partially Sighted, and the Optometric Center of Fullerton. She is currently a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and an active member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Fraternity, California Optometric Association, American Optometric Association, and the San Gabriel Valley Optometric Society.
