Dr. Lowe received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry and also has a Masters Degree in Special Education for the Visually Impaired. She has been in private practice for over 15 years and specializes in Low Vision care for the visually impaired. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, a member of the American Optometric Association, and paritcipates in the InfantSee Program. She and her husband are actively involved in the Pasadena and South Pasadena communities.
